Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Support Members
Jessica, CMA, AAMA, Director of Clinical, Surgical & Medical Spa Support Services
As the Director of Clinical, Surgical & Medical Spa Support services, Jessica oversees the daily operations of The Centre, P.C.’s Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgical and Medical Spa Departments. She also has the dual responsibility of providing care for our patients as a Certified Medical Assistant and has done so for over 18 years.
Jessica specializes in minor procedures and wound care. Not only does Jessica take responsibility for efficient patient flow throughout the day while working with our physicians, but she also provides patients with vital information prior to surgery through the Inform and Consent process.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Andrea, Asst. Director of Clinical Services
Andrea has worked in health care for over 20 years. She assists our patients by scheduling appointments for reconstructive surgeries and their follow-up appointments. She also makes sure everything is running smoothly for both the physicians and patients during the day. There are many moving parts as she assists the Clinical Director with coverage for all areas and necessary reporting done daily, weekly, monthly.
In her free time Andrea enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with family.
Lavene, CMA, AAMA, Sr. Certified Medical Assistant
Lavene is The Centre P.C.’s Sr. Medical Assistant and has more than 20 years of cosmetic and reconstructive healthcare experience here at The Centre PC. She takes great pride in providing exceptional patient care and contributes her wealth of knowledge to pre-surgical patients during the Inform and Consent process. She is highly skilled in both cosmetic and reconstructive post-surgical wound care. Lavene works closely alongside the Physicians to ensure each patient receives the most compassionate and comprehensive care possible.
In her free time Lavene loves to travel, shopping, and fine dining.
Amy, Cosmetic Coordinator
Amy, a friendly presence at The Centre, P.C., warmly welcomes cosmetic surgery patients. Fluent in Spanish, she creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. With over seven years of experience in healthcare, Amy serves as the Cosmetic Coordinator, bridging the communication between patients and providers to ensure a seamless experience. Her compassion and exceptional customer service truly distinguish Amy. position.
Outside of the office Amy enjoys spending time with her children, her family, traveling or relaxing at home.
Diana, Cosmetic Coordinator
Diana Cervantes is a dedicated, bilingual Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator with a passion for guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. Known for her warmth, communication skills, and attention to detail, she ensures every patient feels supported and confident from consultation to recovery. As a proud mom, she values self-care and loves being part of the process of helping others become the best version of themselves.

Kylie, Patient Services Coordinator
Kylie is our smiling face as you walk into the clinic! She plays a key role in supporting patients and our medical staff with her positive attitude and organizational skills. She enjoys crafts, watching movies, and spending time with family and loved ones.
Medical Spa Members
Kellee, FNP-BC, CPSN, CANS, ABAAHP, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Kellee is our Director of Non-Surgical Services at The Centre, P.C. who performs injectables, PDO threads, and other non-surgical procedures.
She has her Plastic Surgery Nurse Certification and is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.
When she’s not at work, Kellee is usually at the ballpark coaching her daughter’s softball team or taking her other daughter shopping. She also enjoys baking, traveling with her husband, and spending time on Lake Wawasee.
Ashley, RN-BSN, Aesthetic Injector
Ashley is an Aesthetic Injector at The Centre, P.C. where she specializes in providing cosmetic services such as Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers. She has a passion for facial anatomy, and this is why she is an exceptional injector. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at Western Michigan University.
Outside of work Ashley enjoys being outdoors, boating, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
Morgan, Licensed Aesthetician
Morgan is a licensed aesthetician who also has a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She provides multiple services such as microneedling, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and more. She has a true aesthetic eye!
In her spare time, Morgan enjoys hanging out with family, friends, and her dogs. Also, she loves to bake and cook. Her other hobbies are reading, working out, taking walks, and watching reality TV.
Cameron Bratton, Licensed Aesthetician
Cameron is a licensed esthetician and laser specialist with a passion for helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skin. She received her esthetics license from the Douglas J Aveda Institute of Grand Rapids and holds a Laser Certification from the National Laser Institute of Chicago.
Cameron specializes in performing laser and cosmetic services tailored to each client’s individual needs. She is known for creating a warm, welcoming environment that builds trust while delivering thoughtful, results-driven care to meet every client’s skincare and cosmetic goals.
Outside of the treatment room, Cameron enjoys spending time with family and loved ones—especially in her role as a proud auntie. She loves riding horses, volunteering at nonprofit barns throughout the community, and soaking up the outdoors, whether that’s exercising, taking a peaceful walk after dinner, or simply enjoying a sunny day in the grass.
Melinda Juarez, MedSpa Coordinator
Melinda is the MedSpa Coordinator and one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you arrive. She plays an essential role in ensuring each client feels welcomed and cared for—from answering phones and greeting guests to assisting with payments and balance collection. Melinda is known for her positive energy and commitment to creating a smooth, comfortable experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, she enjoys attending rock concerts, going for runs, getting lost in a good book, and giving back through volunteer work.

Tracey, RN-BSN, Director of Surgical Services
Tracey received her nursing degree from Bethel College and has over twenty years of skilled surgical nursing experience with our practice. As Director of Surgical Services, she works closely with the staff and oversees the function and flow of the pre-op area, operating room, and PACU. Tracey is also a scrub nurse, assisting the physicians with surgery.
Her expertise in patient care and compliance, along with the other OR team members, gives quality care to all patients.
Outside of work, Tracey loves enjoying life with her husband and two boys.
Kim, RN-BSN, CAIP, Asst. Director of Surgical Services
Kim has been an RN for over 19 years and 15 years experience in PACU & Pre-op in Outpatient Surgery Centers.
She has over 5 years experience in Clinical Management with Compliance, Quality Assurance, Infection Control and obtained a certification as an Infection Preventionist. You can also find her, helping in pre-op, the OR and PACU throughout the day.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, exploring new things to do and traveling to new destinations.
Larry, LPN, CSFA, Surgical Technician
With over 25 years of experience as a First Assistant at The Centre, L.L.C., Larry is a cornerstone of our ASC team. His extensive knowledge of plastic surgery and unwavering dedication to superior patient care contribute significantly to our accredited surgical team.
He helps ensure each procedure runs smoothly from prep to closure.
Outside of work, Larry enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Leah, RN-ADN
Leah is our OR RN circulator, working directly with the surgical team to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. You may also see her in PACU assisting with post-op patient care. She has years of nursing experience in the OR and Labor and Delivery prior to working at The Centre P.C.
In her free time Leah enjoys spending quality time and traveling with her husband and children.
Angela, PRN
She joins our team as a PRN nurse, bringing with her an Associate Degree in Nursing and a strong background in emergency care. In her current ER role, she works as both a charge nurse and triage nurse, where her leadership and calm, patient-focused approach make a meaningful impact every day.
Outside of work, she loves getting lost in a good book, enjoying spa days with friends, and spending time with her kids.
Cody, CST
Cody currently serves as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in The Centre L.L.C. OR, where he helps with preparing the operating room for surgery and passes instruments during the procedure. Cody graduated from Southwestern Michigan College with his associate’s degree in science. He received his Associates of Applied Science in Surgical Technology as well at Ivy Tech Community College, located in Indiana.
Outside of the workplace Cody likes to enjoy spending time with his family, watching football, and trying new recipes on his smoker.

Lain, Executive Director
Lain is the Executive Director of The Centre, P.C., where she has managed the expert staff for over thirty years.
With an AAAHC Certified and IN State licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center (The Centre, L.L.C.), Centre Yourself Medical Rejuvenation Spa–all part of The Centre, P.C. entity, Lain has made it her mission to provide comprehensive health care options for patients of all kinds underneath one roof.
Her positive outlook is an inspiration for her staff. She is very active in the community, has served as President of The Samaritan Center, a local not-for profit mental health and pastoral counseling agency, and has served as an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church in Elkhart, Indiana.
Lain began her career as an international private banker in New York City for a Peruvian Bank, and then a dealer of finance lender outside Philadelphia. Lain grew up in Waverly, New York and graduated with a B.A. from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. She also received a Certificate in Executive Management in 1996 from Notre Dame University.
In 2001, Lain served as the national president for the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association and has served on the board of the Economic Development Corporation for Elkhart County as well as a bank director on the board of the former Elkhart Community Bank. In 2008 Lain served as the Chairperson of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. Also, she served as an advisor for a captive insurance company.
Under two physicians and other numerous licensed medical providers, Lain has managed this bustling practice graciously. When not at work, Lain spends time with her family and friends, boating, and being active in church and community activities.
Susan, CPA, Controller
Suzie has a wealth of knowledge in Business Administration and Accounting.
She received her ABA from Lake Michigan College, and her BA and MBA from Purdue University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
As the Controller, Suzie is responsible for the accounting operations of the practice.
She enjoys going up to Northern Michigan as often as possible during the summer and spending time with friends during the off season.
Sam, Director of Purchasing/Facility
Sam’s responsibilities are quite varied at The Centre, P.C.—from purchasing for every entity within our practice; doing routine maintenance within the facility while keeping us compliant; taking care of shipping and receiving; as well as scheduling special projects.
Sam’s unique skill set is very appreciated by all team members and when we have an issue, Sam is our “go to” fix-it person. We have enjoyed Sam’s expertise for over 15 years at The Centre, P.C.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys time with family, listening to music, cookouts, and festivals.
Administrative Support Members
Michele, CPB, Accounting Administrator
Michele has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in accounting and patient billing. She oversees all the patient charges for both professional and facility fees and works with our billing company to resolve any issues with claims. She is very compassionate to each of our patients needs and spends the extra time to answer any questions they may have about their bill, whether it be in person or on the phone, patients can sense her caring personality. She is also responsible for accounts receivable and the daily reconciliation process. She works very closely with the Controller, assists with the month end process and many other accounting responsibilities.
In her spare time, she loves being with her friends and family, but most of all spending as much time as possible with her kids and grandchildren.
Suzette, Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
As the marketing and administrative coordinator, she develops and executes marketing strategies, creates social media content, market research, and more…..
When she is not working, you’ll find her spending quality time with family, capturing photos of sunsets, cars, and nature, or hitting the gym to lift weights.
