Individualized 3-D imaging provides realistic results prior to surgery
The Centre P.C. now offers an advanced imaging technique called VECTRA ® 3D that provides patients with realistic previews of expected outcomes from specific surgical procedures prior to those procedures being performed.
“VECTRA ® 3D is remarkable because it allows patients to see their own face or body and to work directly with their plastic surgeon ahead of time at adjusting the results that they expect prior to their surgery,” commented Ronald Downs, MD, FACS, founder of The Centre, P.C. and board-certified plastic surgeon.

VECTRA ® 3D is licensed exclusively in the Michiana area to The Centre, P.C. It will be used during private, in-office consultations with patients who are considering procedures such as Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, and other common breast surgeries.
What to Expect
- Your VECTRA 3D simulation experience begins with a picture session in the doctor’s office. This creates the starting point for your aesthetic consultation.
- Using special simulation software on your 3D picture, your doctor will show you the possible results of the aesthetic procedures you may choose to have. You will be able to experiment with different looks until you find the one you want.
- Once you have decided on the appearance you want, this simulation will provide a basis for your surgical plan. Because you have already seen the result, you can be confident in the outcome of the procedure.
