What happens during the procedure?
The orgasm shot is a non-surgical procedure that takes approximately 30 minutes at our Mishawaka spa.
The first step is a blood extraction from the patient’s arm. The blood is the spun in a centrifuge to separate red blood cells from platelet rich plasma (PRP). Once separated, the PRP is extracted and put into a small syringe.
A topical anesthetic is applied to the genitals to reduce discomfort. The PRP is then injected into the anterior walls of the vagina and the clitoris.

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections have been used to treat medical conditions including arthritis and ligament/tendon sprains and tears. The orgasm shot is one of the first PRP applications used to treat female sexual dysfunction.
