Fractora Laser Treatment In Mishawaka

Fractora skin resurfacing is a highly effective non-surgical option for tightening skin, improving the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars, as well as uneven skin tone or discoloration.

At our clinic in Mishawaka, Indiana, Fractora is a non-invasive procedure with minimal downtime and very low risk of side effects or complications.

Using fractional radio-frequency, the Fractora laser treatment stimulates tautness while melting away excess subdermal tissue, effectively reducing the look of deep creases, sagging skin, and rough or uneven skin texture.

Two to three laser treatments are recommended for best and lasting results. Fractora laser treatments are $500.

What does Fractora laser treat?

Fractora laser treatments are ideal for a number of skin-related issues including loose or sagging skin; acne and facial scarring; skin discoloration, sun spots, and blemishes; stretch marks; as well as uneven skin tone and texture.

The Fractora laser is commonly used on the face, around the eyes, smile lines, and neck, but it can be used to treat any skin on the body.

What can I expect during the laser treatment?

Patients should arrive at their appointment without makeup. About an hour before the laser treatment, an anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area, and again thirty minutes later.

The anesthetic cream will ensure the treatment is comfortable. Patients are awake during the treatment, which typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.

Patients may feel a tingling sensation and/or minor pressure near treatment sites, but the overall experience is virtually painless.

What can I expect during recovery?

Fractora skin resurfacing offers minimal downtime and very low risk of side effects or complications. Minor swelling and irritation are to be expected, but most patients are back at work within a few days of the treatment.

Patients should be especially careful in the sun for approximately 30 days after treatment. During this time, the treated skin should be covered, or sunscreen should be worn to avoid burning and skin irritation.

For best results, we recommend two to three Fractora laser treatments for best and lasting results.
