Lavene, CMA Sr. Certified Medical Assistant
Lavene is the Centre PC’s Sr. Medical Assistant and has more than 19 years of cosmetic and reconstructive healthcare experience here at the Centre PC. She takes great pride in providing exceptional patient care and contributes her wealth of knowledge to pre-surgical patients during the Inform and Consent process. She is highly skilled in both cosmetic and reconstructive post-surgical wound care. Lavene works closely alongside the Physicians to ensure each patient receives the most compassionate and comprehensive care possible.
In her free time Lavene loves to travel and has been considered to be quite the epicure.
Meressa, Certified Medical Assistant
Meressa is a Certified Medical Assistant with an Associate degree in Applied Science. She has worked in the medical field for over four years and specializes in patient care. Her bubbly personality is infectious and brightens everyone’s day.
Outside of work she enjoys doing her nails, shopping, and spending time with her fiancé, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, and lizards.
Anissa, Insurance & Medical Coding Specialist
Anissa is the Centre PC’s Insurance and Coding Specialist and has worked in healthcare for 20 + years! She has her Associates of Applied Science degree from Lake Michigan College and a Medical Coding Certificate through the AAPC. She is highly proficient in the processes of pre-certifications, predeterminations, and coding, which allows her to assist our patients though the rigorous procedures of getting insurance coverage.
When Anissa is not working, she enjoys being at the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Amy, Patient Services Representative
Amy has worked in healthcare for the last 2 ½ years. As Patient Service Representative, she is the first person to greet our patients as they enter the office. Being bilingual, Amy is very helpful in assisting our Spanish speaking patients.
Her compassion and impeccable customer service are what make Amy shine in her position.
Outside of the office Amy enjoys spending time with her children, her family and shopping.
Toria, Patient Services Coordinator
At The Centre, P.C. Toria is a Patient Services Coordinator. She plays an important role in supporting our medical staff. Her communication and organizational skills are vital to helping the day-to-day tasks flow efficiently.
Toria attended Indiana University Bloomington, before returning to her hometown to complete her education at IUSB. Before college, Toria graduated from Elkhart Central High School with an honors diploma and was ranked 25th in her graduating class.
Outside of the office Toria has a passion for fashion design and organization. She enjoys spending time at home and rearranging/ decorating her home. She spends her free time shopping, organizing her closet, and playing volleyball.
